Hi Everyone.  First of all let me apologise for neglecting both your blogs and my own.  My husband had another stroke and so time is very limited.  However I am trying to fit a little time for myself into each day and so I have a few cards to add to my much neglected blog.

Unfortunately the light was poor when I tried to photograph this card.  This is a request by my sister for her friend's 90th birthday.  The edge die is by Tonic and the two centre dies are I think Joy Craft dies.  The periwinkle card is the foundation card by Creative Expressions.  The gold card I purchase from Joanna Sheen and pearls from stash.

This second card is a slightly smaller card than I usually make but I was just trying out my new Royal Circle die which is from Spellbinders and the pointed star in the centre is Joy Craft.  The card is actually white linen card although it looks different in the picture and again the Periwinkle foundation card.

Thank you for taking the time to look in.

We certainly do understand that you are extremely busy. Prayers for your hubby. Both of the cards are lovely and I'm certain the 90 year old recepiant will be joyful when receiving such a lovely card. If anyone has been neglectful of blogging its me. My hubby and I have moved again and it's tedious work. I think we're getting to old for this type of work so we hope to be hear for a while and I hope to get busy on my Christmas cards now that I have all my crafting box's unpacked and new home getting decorated and into shape again. Hugs.....Leanne

I understand your situation as my son had a massive stroke two years ago. It is hard to find time for yourself in these circumstances, but essential if you can manage it...hugs

Helloooooo there cutie!! I'm so sorry to hear about your husband and my prayers are with you and your family. Despite all that, you still find time to share your beautiful talents and WOW, what a fabulous card for 90! My grandmother is staying with us this week and she'll be 90 in May. She jokes because our son will turn 21 that same month and she swears she's going to take him to a bar and buy him his first drink...LOL. I wouldn't put it past her! I don't think I could make her something this spectacular, but now I have something to look up to as a roll model for me. That's gorgeous.
Biggest of hugs to you my friend,
Lisa xx

Hi Marie Louise.
I did do a tutorial some time ago in Word, but I seem to have lost it!
It was about 10 pages long and I really do not have the time to re-do it.
The trouble is, my graphics software is so old that most folks haven't got it nowadays. I use PSP7 which I bought about 15 years ago, and graphics software has advanced so much that it doesn't work in the same way.

Hi Marie-Louise, Sorry to read about your Hubby . I hope that he is more comfortable now and progressing well . I am happy though to read that you do take precious moments for yourself for your own well being . Blogging is a fabulous way to touch base with those that you may otherwise never meet .Because I too am a full time carer of my Doug and sometimes , well most times am time poor so catching up with real live friends is hard . Your pair of cards shared here are again beautiful . Your clever combination of dies along with a simple card design is , in my opinion quite artistic .
hugs and thanks for sharing some time with me at my blog post .
